Paid online surveys can be a great way to earn some extra cash and get your opinion heard.
One site that claims to offer this opportunity is Mobrog.com.
But there are A LOT of paid survey sites out there, so it is important to find the options that will make the most of your time and not waste it, as not all sites are worth it and some are even outright scams.
So is Mobrog legit and really a way to make some nice extra cash, or is it a scam survey site that you need to stay away from?
I have thoroughly tested the site myself and compared it to the hundreds of other survey sites I have tested and in this Mobrog review I will answer these questions and give you all the information you need to find out if Mobrog is a site you should sign up for or stay away from.
What is Mobrog and what does it offer?
Mobrog is a survey panel from the German company Splendid Research GMBH, founded in 2008. It is available in many countries (more on that later).
Let me tell you right away that Mobrog is legitimate, safe and has a trustworthy company behind it, and I will also show you the payment proof later so you can see that it really does pay.
BUT that does not mean that it is necessarily worth your time. So let’s go through exactly what it has to offer so you can see if it’s for you or not.
Overall, Mobrog is a very simple survey site, without any fancy elements and without too many distractions. By simple, I don’t necessarily mean bad, just that it only has a couple of ways to earn, which also makes it easy to navigate and use.
Option 1 – Paid surveys:
Mobrog is first and foremost a survey site and that is basically all you can do to earn money. You simply sign up and can then start taking paid surveys.
Once you have registered, you will receive an email every time there is an available survey. You can also turn on web push notifications in your web browser if you prefer to receive invitations this way.
Please note that you may not be able to take all the surveys you are invited to. Often you will not qualify or the survey will be closed.
Personally, I have found that sometimes it takes a lot of patience to find surveys that you qualify for on Mobrog.
Sometimes it is because you do not qualify, which is quite normal for some surveys and will happen on more or less any survey site. Sometimes the survey you have been invited to is full.
This can happen, so to give yourself the best chance of qualifying it can be a good idea to try and take the surveys you are invited to as soon as you see them.
It is important to mention that how often you qualify for a Mobrog survey can vary greatly from country to country and depends on the demographic profile you fill in when you first join.
However, I must say that compared to many other survey sites, it can take more patience to qualify for Mobrog surveys than for surveys on many other sites.
However, the great thing is that even if you do not qualify for a survey, you often still have a chance to be rewarded. This is something that not many survey sites offer and is a great extra bonus opportunity in my opinion.
The way it works is that every time there is a survey that you do not qualify for, you will be entered into the monthly Mobrog draw.
All you have to do is log in, activate your tickets and you are in. At the end of each month, two random winners will be chosen to receive a voucher worth €100 each.
So if you are lucky, not qualifying for Mobrog surveys can be very rewarding 🙂
Option 2 – Invite your friends:
In addition to taking paid surveys, you can also earn some extra money on Mobrog by inviting friends to join the platform.
You can invite people either by email or by sharing a link.
When a person you have invited joins Mobrog, you can potentially earn around $1 (depending on the country you live in). So you need to know a lot of people who might be interested to make money from this, but a little extra is always nice.
Note that you will only receive the reward once the person you have invited has completed 3 surveys. This is to ensure that the member is active, as Mobrog is not interested in paying people to invite a bunch of friends who just join but never complete a survey.
So if you are going to use this option, I would encourage you to only invite people you think will be really interested in getting paid for their opinion, and not to spam everyone in your address book.
Option 3 – Contests:
One extra thing you can sometimes take part in is free competitions.
These are not offered on the website itself, but are announced on Mobrog’s social media channels.

In my experience, a competition like this will happen about once a month or so.
Usually the reward is between €5 and €25 for multiple winners, and it only takes a minute to enter, such as answering a short question and liking the post. If you win, the reward will be paid into your Mobrog account.
How do you get paid?
Every time you complete a survey, you will be paid in cash into your Mobrog account. You can then withdraw the money later to your PayPal or Skrill account. In some countries you can also donate your earnings to charity.
Personally, I really like it when survey sites offer payouts via PayPal, so this is a really nice aspect of Mobrog and my favourite payout method.
Also, you can request a payout as soon as you have earned €5 / $6.25 or the equivalent in your local currency.
This is a pretty low payout threshold compared to some other sites, which is great. This means that you do not have to complete too many surveys before you can get your money out. And it is very user-friendly that Mobrog has accounts in your local currency in all the countries where it is available.
Be aware that you will be paid to the email address you registered with. If this is not the same email address that you have registered with PayPal or Skrill, you will need to contact Mobrog support and have this corrected.
If you use PayPal, you can add an extra email address to your PayPal account and fix it that way.
The best solution is to register with the same email address you use for Skrill and PayPal, depending on your preferred withdrawal method.
How much money can you make?
Mobrog’s website says that you can earn up to $5 per survey (depending on the country you live in) and that surveys usually take 5-10 minutes to complete.
In my experience, an average of about 10 minutes per survey sounds about right. Some may be a little longer and some a little shorter.
When you are offered a survey, you will also see how much it pays. Most of the rewards I have been offered are between $1 and $2, which is great.
But it depends on the country you live in – in some countries you might get a lot of surveys that pay more and in some countries you might get a lot of surveys that pay less.
Just be aware that you may not get the $5 surveys very often, and when you do, it may be a survey that takes longer than 10 minutes to complete.
As with all survey sites, you should also be aware that this is not a way to make a full-time income. It can give you some nice extra cash on the side and is a great way to have your opinion heard, but you need to go into it with the right expectations.
Can you use Mobrog on your mobile?
Being able to take surveys on the go is a great way to earn some extra cash when it suits you. That is why I prefer survey sites that are easy to use on mobile.
And Mobrog is very easy to use on mobile as it has its own app that you can download and use to take surveys.

The app itself is very simple and easy to use, so it will not take you long to figure out how to use it. Basically, you just open it and then click on a survey if there are any available.

Who can take part?
Mobrog is available more or less all over the world.
It currently allows members from over 70 countries and is available in local languages, which is great.
You just need to be 18 years or older to sign up, and you also need to have a PayPal or Skrill account, as these are the only ways you can get paid.

Please note that you will not be able to conduct surveys if you are not in the country where you first registered.
When you enter the platform, it first checks if you are in the country where you first registered. If this is not the case, you will not be able to participate and you may even be banned. So do not use Mobrog when you are travelling.
Can you get support?
If you need help as a Mobrog member, it is quite easy to get support.
There is a support section on the website and you can get support in several languages.
The support is quite good and active. You can see, for example, that they respond to all reviews where people say they have a problem on the Mobrog Trustpilot page and try to find a solution. That is definitely a good sign.

Final verdict
There is no doubt that Mobrog is a legitimate polling site. However, this does not mean that it is necessarily the right site for you.
So to give you a better overview before you decide whether or not to join, let’s end this review with a summary of Mobrog’s pros and cons:

First of all, let’s be clear – Mobrog is NOT a scam. You can make some extra money and it is free to join.
I think it is a decent site to join as an extra site. It will not give you many daily opportunities, so I would also suggest you join some of the top paying survey sites in addition to Mobrog to get enough earning opportunities.
But Mobrog is a great site because it is so easy to use, so if you can accept that you will not qualify for all the surveys and it can sometimes take patience to find the ones you do qualify for, it is a great extra survey site to join in my opinion.
